Unused credits
Unused wallet credits are not automatically refundable. Refund requests for unused credits may be reviewed case by case where payment records, fraud checks, and platform rules support the request.
Course refunds
Course purchases may be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are not automatic. The platform may review when the course was bought, how much of the course was viewed, whether downloads or lesson materials were accessed, and the reason given for the refund.
Verification before refund
Before processing a refund, the platform may send a verification code to the student email address on file to confirm that the request is being handled with the correct account holder.
Lessons and used credits
Credits already used for completed lessons are non-refundable. Lessons cancelled, disputed, or affected by no-show or platform review may be handled case by case under the platform dispute process.
No-show classes
If a student or teacher does not attend and the no-show is reported after the lesson start time, the platform treats the booking as cancelled. In that case, no lesson charge is applied and no teacher payout is created for the missed session.
Refund destination
Approved refunds may be returned to the student wallet, through the original payment method, by bank transfer, or by another method chosen by the platform where appropriate and lawful.
Processing time
Refund review and payment timelines depend on the reason for the request, the availability of supporting records, verification steps, and the payment or banking providers involved.
