Teacher upload rules
Teachers may not upload pirated books, copied slides, reuploaded course recordings, copyrighted worksheets, or media they do not own or have permission to use. By submitting a course, a teacher confirms ownership or licensing rights for all included content.
How to report infringement
If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, email info@expert-education.com with:
1. Your name and contact details.
2. The course title or URL.
3. A description of the material you believe is infringing.
4. A short explanation of your ownership rights or authority to act.
5. Any supporting links, screenshots, or documents that help us review the issue.
What the platform may do
We may hide a course, keep it unpublished, request proof of ownership from the teacher, ask follow-up questions, or remove content while we investigate. Repeated infringement concerns may lead to teacher suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Audit trail and records
The platform keeps internal review notes, reports, and moderation history so it can show that reasonable review steps were taken before and after publication decisions.
