Prepaid credits
Credits are prepaid and must be bought before they can be used for lessons or course purchases when payment features are active. Credit pricing is shown before purchase.
How credits are used
Confirmed bookings may reserve credits, but credits are only finally consumed once the lesson is completed under the platform completion rules. Course purchases consume credits at the time of purchase.
Expiry policy
Unused credits expire after 36 months of no account activity. Any qualifying account activity resets the inactivity period.
Notice before expiry
The platform may notify users before credits expire using the email address on file. Users are responsible for keeping their account and contact details current.
Refundability
Unused credits may only be refunded where the platform refund policy allows it. Credits already used for completed lessons are non-refundable.
Reserved credits
When a lesson is booked, some credits may be placed on hold as reserved credits until the lesson is completed, cancelled, or otherwise resolved under platform rules. Reserved credits are not treated as finally consumed until the relevant lesson outcome is determined.
